Your age is one consern. Your overall experience in endgame and especially in icc is rather poor. Your gear is not really that impressive either - Ashen Veridict, nothing more than honored. Havnt crafted any items which is availible from that faction either.

You know some people in the guild which may vouch for you, but from the application you've made you dont get my vote sorry.
