Okay, so to start off. Your application is a bit weak at some, if not all of the points.
I can't really say about your gear, but I might get a friend of mine (who plays feral druid aswell) to check it out, same goes for talents, glyphs etc.

Another thing is that we are pretty full on all of the meele spots atm, so unless you are a really, really exeptional player I don't think we can promise you a future in our raidgroup.

One of the only options I can see for you is if you could consider rerolling feral tank, but for that you need to know what you are doing etc.

Well as Cynaps said, if you could re-roll to feral tank you would be really useful to us considering the fact that one of our tanks left. This automatically means that you will most probably have a guaranteed spot. However, all these hypotheses require you know how to tank. Melee roles especially for a feral druid in a 10man raid group is really hard to find. Thank you in advance and I hope you think about what we offered you.

PS1: Since you don't have experience this means that most probably some tactics will be explained to you in order not to make major mistakes. However, this doesn't mean that you will skip seeing the video fights. Here is the site, love2playwow.com that has all the fights clearly explaining the tactics. This is something that has to be read so that you won't waste our time.

PS2: We are not a boosting guild and lately we have some problems with loyalty which means that we are not planning to invite anyone that aims to get his tr shoulders and then leave while saying on his next application the reason he left was us being bad. People are greedy and finding loyal members is hard. If you don't consider us a step towards your next guild then feel free to do what we asked you for.

PS3: Having seen your gear, what is required for you to do in-case you accept to become a tank for the needs of our guild all you need is to re-gem according to the colour of the sockets. In addition, some reforging to dodge is going to be great. What will be needed for you to change will be only the trinkets considering item slots. As we said, we are not here to boost people but a member is a member and this is why we are here. Tanks are a fundamental role and we will do anything possible to grant you the best gear possible.

PS4: After having read all my texts I hope you do realize that now in Cataclysm people change guilds like a girl change her clothes just to get better guild perks or progress. Thank you for reading my reply and if you finally re-roll to tank then I strongly believe that the officers are going to accept you for sure.

Okay... so what Darkflor said.

But, after me and my mate went trough checking out your gear we found alot of flaws, dps-wise.

Considering that feral dps doesn't want ANY hit or expertise and you've reforged and gemmed on both of those stats. It's alot of dpsloss, you are bound to have some hit, but it is not a stat that feral druids should aim for. So it makes no sense whatsoever for me or my mate that you actually have gemmed and reforged that. If you have a valid reason for this choice please update me on that.

Except for the few hit and expertise thingies we also saw that you have some items without enchants and/ or gems. You don't want to make an application with gear that doesn't even have enchants on. First impression and all.
